Hi Friend.

16+ years helping people succeed in recovery, in sport, and in the life after the uniform.
"I love seeing people succeed - on the field, in recovery, and in the life that comes after sport."
The work behind Mental Edge
Most people who work with me hear it on day one: Hi Friend. Bobcat players started calling me the “hi friend lady” because that is how I greet people. It is small, but it is the point - you are not a case file here.
I have spent more than 16 years helping people through addiction, relapse, and the pressure that comes with high-stakes performance. Mental Edge Montana is the sports and performance side of that work. Change On The Horizon is the mental health and addictions office. Same Laurel address. Same clinician. Different doors so you land in the right place.
My why is simple: I love watching people succeed. Not only wins on the scoreboard - the quiet wins when someone gets their confidence back, stays in recovery, or figures out who they are when the uniform comes off.
Sessions stay practical. You will not get a lecture. You will get tools, honest feedback, and a place that is not judging you for needing help.
